Topic: CPU usage conflict
I am running aws cli sync command to sync between local and s3 folder. I am running the same command on dev 8 core machine and live 8 core machine.
I find that on dev the cpu used is 0.04 of a core while on live the cpu used is 0.8 of a core. Can someone help me to find the reason why there is a huge difference with the 2 same commands?
